One New Aftermarket Replacement Tachometer (Proofmeter) Drive Cable Fits Ford 8N Tractor
This tachometer drive cable -- also called a proofmeter drive cable -- connects the tractor's transmission to the proofmeter/tachometer gauge, allowing accurate engine and ground speed readings. The cable features a steel outer casing and a keyed drive end. Important fitment note: Fits Ford 8N tractors with serial number 290271 and later (1950-1952 production).
