This exhaust rain cap (weather cap) mounts on top of the vertical exhaust stack or muffler outlet to keep rain, snow, and debris out of the exhaust system when the tractor is parked or stored. The precision-balanced flap opens automatically when exhaust pressure builds at startup and closes securely when the engine shuts off, protecting the muffler and exhaust pipe from moisture-related corrosion.
