This thermostat kit services the engine cooling system on a wide range of Caterpillar (Cat) diesel engines, regulating coolant temperature to maintain optimal operating conditions and prevent overheating. The kit includes two temperature regulators (thermostats), two lip-type seals, one housing regulator gasket, and one additional gasket -- everything needed for a complete thermostat replacement.
