This aftermarket replacement hydraulic seal kit rebuilds the track adjuster cylinder on Fits Caterpillar (Fits CAT) compact excavators and cold planers. The track adjuster cylinder maintains proper track tension by controlling recoil spring pressure -- a worn or leaking cylinder seal leads to slack tracks, accelerated undercarriage wear, and loss of machine control. This kit contains the seals needed to reseal one track adjuster assembly.
Note: Part number 900407 applies to Fits Caterpillar 307 excavators with serial number 2PM257-UP. Part number 900406 applies to 307 excavators with serial numbers 2PM1-256 and 2WM. Verify your machine serial number before ordering.
