This rubber engine ribbon seal -- also known as a valve cover gasket seal -- is a thin, flexible strip used to create a leak-free protective seal at the valve cover on Fits Caterpillar (Fits CAT) diesel engines. Sold here as a 6-meter length, this bulk seal is cut to the required length during installation and seals between the valve cover and cylinder head to prevent oil leaks. Compatible with a wide range of Fits CAT truck, construction, and industrial engines.
