One New Aftermarket Replacement Friction Drive Disc with Liner for Ariens, John Deere, Simplicity, Snapper, Troy-Bilt, and More Snow Blowers
This friction drive disc (with liner) is a key component of the self-propelled drive system on two-stage snow blowers. The rubber-faced disc contacts the spinning friction wheel to transfer power to the drive wheels, enabling forward and reverse travel. The included liner is required for models equipped with a smooth (non-grooved) clutch plate. When the disc face wears out, the snow blower loses traction -- replacing this disc restores full self-propelled drive operation.
