One New Aftermarket Replacement Left Hand Side Link with Bushings Fits John Deere Excavators
This aftermarket replacement left-hand (L/H) side link with bushings is part of the bucket linkage assembly on Fits John Deere 690-series excavators. The side link (Drawing Ref #10) connects the bucket cylinder to the dipper arm, with the machine requiring one unit per machine. Side links act as pivot arms responsible for moving the digging bucket; they are found on either side of the stick and are attached to both the lower bucket cylinder and the bottom of the stick -- without them, the bucket cylinder cannot provide the power needed to move the bucket effectively. This is the left-hand link only; the right-hand side link (AU43240) is a separate part.
