One New Aftermarket Replacement Knife Bar for John Deere Combines
This aftermarket replacement knife bar is a component of the combine straw chopper and discharge system. The knife bar mounts within the chopper assembly and holds the chopper knives that chop and distribute crop residue -- including wheat straw, corn stalks, and cobs -- evenly across the width of the cutting platform. Keeping the chopper system in good working order helps prevent residue from re-entering the threshing system on the next pass and supports better seedbed preparation.
