One New Aftermarket Replacement Water Pump (Without Pulley) Fits Case Tractors

This aftermarket replacement water pump Fits Case diesel tractors powered by the D-504 engine and is a direct replacement for OEM part number A157143. The pump includes a mounting gasket but does not include the pulley. It circulates coolant through the engine cooling system and is identified by casting numbers A5864 and A48374. Impeller diameter is 3-5/8".

Pump Good but doesn't come with gasket.

I have a 1972 Case 680BK backhoe. The original pump was no longer available. However, this pump was an excellent replacement. The only difference was this pump comes with a smooth tapered shaft and a female hole in the end for the pulley bolt. The old original case part had a slotted keyway on the tapered shaft and the end of the shaft connecting to the belt pulley was a male threaded end that held the pulley on with a nut. The only thing I had to get extra (other than the pump gasket) was the bolt to fasten the belt pulley with that went into the female end of the pump shaft. Everything worked out fine and there doesn't seem to be any problem without having the keyway on the shaft.
