One New Aftermarket Replacement Code 61 Flange Head - Straight Crimp Fitting (HW-C61)
This HW Series Code 61 flange head straight crimp fitting (part number A-C61-20-20-W, also sold as A-C61-20-20-W-AI) connects 1-1/4" hydraulic hose to a 1-1/4" Code 61 (SAE J518 / ISO 6162) flange port. The fitting uses an O-ring face seal, where the O-ring is compressed between the grooved flange head and the flat surface of the hydraulic port, secured by a four-bolt split flange clamp. This straight, rigid configuration is suited for high-flow, high-pressure hydraulic plumbing on agricultural equipment, construction equipment, and other fluid power systems.
