This aftermarket replacement rewind starter (recoil starter) Fits Briggs and Stratton (B&S) small engines commonly used on snow blowers and lawn and garden equipment. The rewind starter is the pull-start mechanism that spins the engine crankshaft to initiate starting. This is a complete assembly including the plastic housing, starter pulley, rewind spring, and pull rope with grip. Mounting hardware is sold separately. Replaces OEM part number 699335, which supersedes earlier Fits Briggs and Stratton numbers 696711, 695738, and 798873.
