The wrap-style foam pre-cleaner fits around the outside of the main air filter cartridge (796031) on select Fits Briggs & Fits Stratton vertical shaft OHV engines. The open-cell foam sleeve traps larger dirt, grass, and debris before they reach the primary paper element, protecting engine internals and extending primary filter life. Used on select Fits Briggs & Fits Stratton 31 cu. in. vertical shaft OHV engines, including 13.5-19.5 HP Intek V-Twin and 17.5 HP single-cylinder OHV engines.
