The primer bulb draws fuel from the tank into the carburetor to aid cold starting on Fits Briggs & Fits Stratton Pulsa-Prime carbureted small engines used in lawn mowers and other outdoor power equipment. Each bulb includes the plastic retainer ring that snaps into the carburetor housing to secure the bulb in place.
