This rotary thermostatic switch is a key component of the cab air conditioning system on agricultural tractors, combines, and industrial equipment. It uses a 48-inch capillary tube to sense evaporator temperature and cycles the A/C compressor clutch on and off to maintain cabin comfort and prevent evaporator freeze-up. Rated for medium and heavy duty 12-volt systems.
