This 16-pack of aftermarket replacement valve locks (also called valve keepers or valve retainer locks) secures the valve spring retainers to the valve stems in the Fits International Harvester BD154 4-cylinder diesel engine. Valve locks are a critical engine valvetrain component -- worn or damaged keepers can lead to valve drop and significant engine damage.
