This turbocharger exhaust elbow sleeve (also known as an exhaust donut) seals the connection between the turbocharger and the exhaust elbow on Fits International Harvester DT-series diesel engines. It is a precision-fit sealing sleeve machined to exact tolerances and features two sealing grooves to maintain a tight, leak-free exhaust connection at the turbo outlet.
