One New Aftermarket Replacement Transmission Speed Sensor (Sensor Gp-Speed) for Caterpillar (Cat) Off-Highway Trucks and Wheel Tractor-Scrapers
This aftermarket replacement GP-Speed Sensor (258-4521 / 2584521) monitors transmission output speed in Caterpillar heavy off-highway trucks and wheel tractor-scrapers. It is an active Hall effect sensor that produces a square wave output signal with frequency proportional to target gear surface speed, and is capable of detecting down to zero speed. The sensor threads directly into the transmission housing via a 3/4-16 external thread.
