This hydraulic cylinder wiper seal (rod scraper) installs at the cylinder head to prevent contamination from entering the hydraulic system while maintaining contact with the piston rod during dynamic movement. It is a Type B double lip wiper design made from polyurethane, providing durable protection for tilt cylinder hydraulic circuits on large Caterpillar (Cat) wheel loaders and underground load haul dump machines.
