This cylinder head inlet valve is a direct replacement for Caterpillar (Cat) OEM part number 1227353. The inlet valve seats in the cylinder head and opens to allow the air-fuel mixture into the combustion chamber during the intake stroke. It is designed for use in Caterpillar G-series natural gas and generator set engines.
