One New Aftermarket Replacement Grease Fitting for Komatsu Construction Equipment
This grease fitting (also known as a grease zerk or grease nipple) is a lubrication access point used throughout Komatsu heavy construction equipment including excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, and forklifts. It allows grease to be injected under pressure from a standard grease gun into pins, bushings, and other wear points to reduce friction and extend component life. Komatsu grease fittings use a 1/8" BSP (British Standard Pipe) thread -- note that this thread type is similar to but not identical to 1/8" NPT, so verify thread compatibility before installation.
